A Fun Drawing Group

I recently joined a group in Flickr and the name of the group
is called "Drawings from Other Members Photographs" and
I found this group is quite meaningful and challenge.

The reason is that there are some members share their photos
and let those other members who are interested to create their
own drawings based on the photos. In such way it is a big
challenge as we are not going to draw something that we feel
familiar around our living. So to me it is a big challenge, but at
the same time there is full of fun that I can share my drawing
and compare with others drawing from same source and try
to see how good other drawing styles are ^^

Lunch in Classic Food Shop (done)

Apart from the classic plastic chair and also the traditional
food, the most interesting part that attract me are the table
and the long seat. The table is covered by a large piece of
glass, with few different menu in between. While the chair
is made by wood, without any soft cover on it, and the food
can stocks will be kept underneath.

Sometimes it is a fun idea to find out some small classic
food shop and try to experience the old times in a place.

I went to a small shop and order a standard lunch set which
is a combination of omelet, macaroni and a drink (I choose
milk tea in that day). It is somehow like a breakfast rather
than a lunch, I have to say, but it is fun to do something
unusual ... it is just an idea from an insight.

The decorations are full of special check points as well. I
posted the old plastic chairs few days ago, and I will try to
post the rest of them after the weekend~

Father's Day Gift

This gift actually I bought to my girlfriend's father instead
of my father, as my father was passed away from sick when I
was very young, unluckily.

I invite her father to have lunch in a Chinese restaurant, and
I found out that he likes to drink tea. The same night when I
walk in a shopping mall, we found a shop selling traditional
Chinese food was selling grant tea leave package as well. The
special point is that the package was design and painted by
a famous old Hong Kong artist. I suddenly find out that could
be a little surprise to her dad, so finally I decided to buy that~

Lunch in Classic Food Shop

This kind of chair is very popular in old Hong Kong times.
I always found them out everyone when I was a kid.

To me, indeed this is not a very comfortable chair, I prefer
those with a back-pad, may be because of my shoulder
sore sometimes. .. but it recalls our old memories which
is very meaningful.

Nice Flower

There is a nice flower decoration I found in
a new shopping mall. I have to say that is
so elegant, and I immediately take a shot
about it.

The designer has put some effort, so that
the small marbles in the pot is mixed by
yellow and white ones, to match the flowers.

Such decoration in the shopping mall gives
color and make shoppers feel happy~

Fine European Cuisine (done)

I completed the last two drawings finally, hurrrray!

I plan to put all the drawings of this dinner set together
into one single drawing with some post-effect by some
computer graphic tools. See if I have free time later LOL
